[Yorba Announce] Shotwell 0.11.1 released

Today Yorba has released Shotwell 0.11.1. This is a bug fix release; we
recommend all users upgrade.

* Hierarchical tag issues resolved

* Resolved internationalization problems
* Various small fixes and enhancements
