[Gexiv2] Announcement: gexiv 0.2.1 released

Yorba is pleased to announce the release of gexiv2 0.2.1, an update to the
GObject Exiv2 wrapper.  This is a minor update, but it's recommended all
users upgrade.

This update fixes a crash that occurs when a file with malformed EXIF is
parsed.  This was first reported as a bug in Shotwell, but actually occurs
in gexiv2.
