[Shotwell] PicasaWeb export support

Hi Philip,
Supporting PicasaWeb is something we've discussed, and we certainly have
plans for a plug-in system to allow users to export photos to a variety of
Web services. Using libgdata makes a lot of sense, especially if Vala
bindings are available.
Right now Web exporting is a bit down the list, but we'll let people know
when we get to it. If you want to take a crack at implementing such a
system, please let us know -- we're always looking for help!
