[Shotwell] Shotwell 0.4.1 (Windows 7) does not start

Hi all,

I just decided to give the windows version a whirl  - setup 0.4.1 on Windows
7 (64 bit, so that may have some effect) and I cannot get the program to
start - I get the following error:

**ERROR**: Resourced.vala:232: Unable to load image-loading module:
c:/MinGW/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/svg_loader.dll:
`c:/MinGW/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/svg_loader.dll': The specified module
could not be found.
aborting...

I do not have mingw installed, so I assume it should not be looking for it?
