[Shotwell] Announce: Shotwell 0.3.2 - a digital photo organizer for the GNOME desktop

Yorba has released Shotwell 0.3.2, an update to our digital photo
organizer.  This release includes important fixes.  It's highly
recommended that all users upgrade.

This release handles two issues:

* Import would crash on images with certain dimensions due to an
assertion.  This has been corrected.  (Thanks goes out to Richard
Thomas for getting us a reproducible case!)
* Shotwell will now gracefully handle situations where the HAL daemon
(hald) is not running or is not ready.

Shotwell 0.3.1 was not announced on the mailing lists.  Its fixes include:

* Makefile changes to facilitate packaging.
* Corrected warnings caught by Vala 0.7.8.
* Toolbar items marked "important" where appropriate.
* Binary dependencies corrected in Debian packaging.
