[Shotwell] RAW support in Shotwell

Thanks for your comments (and praise!) gegl is something we're
investigating, as well as color profiles.
Just curious, did you learn any more about the initializing problem
with your camera? I highly recommend upgrading to the latest gPhoto,
which is 2.4.9.
