[Shotwell] Collections and sets

For portability I would love it if keyword metadata could be included in the
picture file itself. F-spot provides the option to store it in the picture
or the database, which is nice (except for the way it handles EXIF
timestamps). Sending keyword tags on export to flickr would be nice, too.
I'm very much looking forward to the tags feature!
