[Shotwell] Shotwell ia already official part of a Linux distribution

Being excellent piece of software, Shotwell is chosen to be the default
Photo manager in one Bulgarian Linux distribution. Our distribution is
called USU (http://learnfree.eu/), and it's primary focus is educational
sphere. We found Shotwell to be perfectly suitable for our purpose.
