Yes.
If you're daring, you can try the current trunk build, which builds with
(and only with) Vala 0.7.10. New features include tags, exporting to
PicasaWeb, modifiying photos' dates/times, and more. The trunk build might
not always be stable, of course. We'll release Shotwell 0.5 with all these
features sometime in March.
