[Shotwell] Shotwell 0.4.2 windows very slow at importing

Does shotwell 0.4.2 windows build import very very slowly for others? Mine
has been running for 30 minutes and if the box in the lower right is a
progress bar, looks to be less than 5% done. The photos are flipping by in
the importer at a glacial pace. Is this possibly a debug build?
