[Shotwell] External Editor

I believe that as of right now the only external editors that can be chosen
are those that have registered the mime types they can handle with the
system. If the one that you installed with WINE has not done that then I'm
not sure you can access it the way you wish to. There are plans to allow
users to choose which one, they just have not made it in yet.
