[Shotwell] Shotwell 0.7 plan

While I like your plan I would like to appeal for the inclusion of the
multiple tag selection facility I discussed previously.
So if, for example, amongst my many tags I have the tags 'China' and
'Flowers', by selecting both the tags 'China' and 'Flowers' I will
return all photos I took of Flowers in China. This is something easier
to implement than hierarchical tags and can coexist with hierarchical
tags.
