You should be able to simply import the scanned photos into Shotwell,
select them all and then use Photos->Adjust Date and Time to set them
all to have the time you want (setting the option "Set all photos to
this time"). Unfortunately it's still too hard to select all the photos
you've just imported in Shotwell, but we're hoping to implement a last
import page for 0.7 which should make this easier.
