Agreed, these kind of decisions should be taken care of by the program
/ developers.
Additionally, I don’t think asking for slider usage on this mailing
list will yield any good results. As Owen Taylor put it on the GNOME
Shell list, if one is using a mailing list, he’s already not a normal
user anymore.
