[Shotwell] Slovenian translation for Shotwell

To my knowledge, you can't set a watch on the translation source file
(i.e., the POT strings template file); you can only set watches on
individual PO files. That said, with Shotwell, POT watches aren't as
necessary as they might be for some other projects, because we have a
very well defined translation workflow and schedule for pushing new
POT files. In general, when translating Shotwell, you can count on the
following:

(i)
About two weeks before any major release of Shotwell, strings will be
frozen and a new, finalized POT file containing all strings included
in the upcoming release will be pushed to Transifex. When this
happens, all translators are notified by email that a release is
coming up and that a finalized POT file for the release is available.

(ii)
During the middle of the development cycle (i.e. in the months between
major releases), we re-generate the POT file and push it to Transifex
once every 2-3 weeks, usually on Tuesdays. So if you simply check
Transifex every Wednesday, you'll be able to see if a new POT file has
been created within 24 hours of its generation.
