[Shotwell] Monitoring the filesystem for photos and automatically adding them to Shotwell.

Hello,

i read the upcoming features for shotwell. one thing i am really
interested in is the monitoring.
There is no further description of what is meant by monitoring so i'd
like to know if this is the same like for example amarok monitors the
local library.
does that mean shotwell will monitor folders and if files are
added/removed then it will update its database automatically?

when will this feature be implemented? next 0.6?
