Bengt,

it's still undecided when these features will happen.  We're currently 
focused on getting 0.6 out the door in the next week or two.  Once that 
happens, we'll discuss features for 0.7, and it would be nice to put 
together a tentative roadmap that includes 0.8 as well.  And of course 
we'd like to involve the Shotwell community in that discussion on this 
mailing list.

Of course, if anyone out there wants to work on these features then they 
will happen sooner than they would otherwise.  :)
