[Shotwell] Red-Eyes

Hi Charles,

   Thanks for the photos of your dog! What's going on in this photo is
that the reflection of the flash caused the eye (by far the most
reflective object in the photo) to become over-exposed. This is a
flash-flare problem that is more significant than just red-eye
distortion. I agree with you that we should try to correct this kind
of problem in Shotwell. This will come when we implement the fix
described in Shotwell ticket #2148
(http://trac.yorba.org/ticket/2148), which I created this morning in
response to your initial question.
