[Shotwell] Tags enhancement

At last, a photo manager that I really like. I have just downloaded and
built from the repository. This programs shows such promise. The team
deserve full marks.

I know that an enhancement for nested tags has been proposed but I would
like to suggest a simpler and more powerful alternative. Why not use
Ctrl-click to select two or more tags and display the subset of photos with
those combined tags?

I prefer this to an hierarchical system which requires me to make prior
decisions about my photo structure. A linear list of tags which can be
combined in many ways with multiple selections is both simple and very
powerful.

Of course you could do both leaving people to organise tags in their
preferred way.

The new picture zoom feature is very welcome. Would like to see the
percentage zoom though.
When I try to drag the image after zooming, on the first try it resets the
displayed size and then on the second try works as expected. I am not sure
if this is a bug or a user error.
