I'd like to see Shotwell be able to recognize .png's if it's simple enough.
Somehow I ended up with a ton of pictures in this format and Shotwell says
they are unrecognized files when I go to import them.
The ability to monitor a directory for new pictures either upon startup or
only while running would be nice as well, Picasa-esque in nature I guess.
I'm not sure if Shotwell has this right now but scanning for dupes (by
date/name?) or however it's done would be useful. Combined with a prompt set
in the preferences to either delete, prompt the user on what to do, or do
nothing at all would be nifty as well.
My thoughts, thanks for a great product!
