[Shotwell] Minor problems on shotwell website on Windows

Hello,

Yesterday I recommend shotwell to my friend who uses Windows. However, it
turned out that she was directly lead to the old 0.4.3 alpha windows version
rather than the download page with new 0.5.1 version. So that I had to
download the windows version with my Linux box and sent it to her.
After that, I used the user agent switcher add-on to disguise as IE8. Blah,
old 0.4.3 windows version on front page. It probably not what it should be.

Another problem only occurs on Windows package. I see it's experimental
phase for windows version currently, but it would receive more result from
wider regions if the local language packs were included in Windows
installer. Now it seems there is only English language.
