[Shotwell] Minor problems on shotwell website on Windows

Hi,

Thanks for pointing out the problem. I just send a fix for that 
yesterday, and it should be updated very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

For the languages in the windows binaries, I didn't know it, but it 
looks like a good idea.
