Thanks for the explanation Lucas, it makes a lot of sense. And it's
great that it makes contributing to Shotwell (and other Yorba projects)
easier. I'll upload a patch for bug 1954 to trac in the next 5 minutes.

This raises a new question though. If I wanted to contribute
translations (my first language is French), what is the workflow for
that?
