[Shotwell] no tags and/or missing exif data

Not at this time.  We're considering this as a future feature, though - 
see http://trac.yorba.org/ticket/1609 .

When you import these photos into Shotwell, they will not be placed in 
any event since they have no date.  In the trunk (and hence in the 
upcoming 0.8 release) there's a No Event item in the sidebar that will 
show all these photos.
