[Shotwell] Export to piwigo does result in empty pictures

I am using piwigo 2.3.0

Yes - piwigo webmaster account.

Can not confirm that at the moment, I have only the admin / webmaster user
there.

But I guess it is a problem with the provider (free.fr), as it works with
piwigo.com.

One additional question: would it be possible to automatically tag
successfully uploaded pictures, and by dong this, avoid uploading the same
images twice?
