[Shotwell] segfault on enhance

Hi Joseph,

Thank you for reporting this; may I ask what version of Shotwell this
occurred in, and, if you do succeed in triggering this again, would
you be willing to send us an affected .NEF file?

Unfortunately, without more information, the amount of debugging we
can do is somewhat limited.
