Sorry to hear about the problem. Printing issues are fairly difficult for us
to diagnose, since printers are all a little different and we only have one
in the office. We haven't tested with 4x6 images in some time.
Are you able to replicate this issue with a print-to-pdf driver by any
chance? Also, what printer and printer driver are you using?
Do the later versions of Shotwell have more in the way of print options?

Nothing has been done with printing since 0.9, unfortunately!
