[Shotwell] Where did the publishing options go?

Hello

Upgraded to 0.12 yesterday (now 0.12.1). Mostly it looks good but when I 
was about to publish some photos to Picasa I found that the plugin was gone?

I could not find anything about this on http://yorba.org/shotwell/.
